Publications

My work has always been driven by a deep commitment to understanding and improving relationships, mental health, and emotional well-being—especially for women, couples, and families navigating complex challenges.

In my publications, I blend clinical expertise, research, and lived experience to shed light on the dynamics that shape how we love, communicate, and heal.

Public Speaking

Whether I’m speaking to a room of professionals, students, couples, or community members, my goal is the same: to make complex relationship and mental health topics accessible, practical, and real.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, professor, and podcast host, I bring both clinical insight and personal authenticity to every presentation. I speak on topics like emotional connection, communication, mental health, trauma, and navigating modern relationships—with warmth, clarity, and a touch of humor.

From keynotes to workshops, panels to podcasts, I aim to not just inform, but to create space for change, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
